Freedom Gutters LLC warrants all gutter installations performed by our company to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.

If a workmanship-related issue occurs during the warranty period, Freedom Gutters LLC will inspect the installation and, if determined to be caused by our workmanship, repair the issue at no cost to the customer.

Examples of workmanship-related issues may include:

• Gutters pulling away due to improper installation
• Leaks caused by improper sealing or installation
• Improper pitch resulting in standing water
• Downspouts becoming detached due to installation defects

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by storms, hurricanes, high winds, hail, falling trees or limbs, or other acts of nature
• Damage caused by ladders, contractors, homeowners, or other third parties
• Damage resulting from structural movement, foundation settling, roof deterioration, fascia rot, or other existing building conditions
• Clogs caused by leaves, pine needles, debris, or lack of routine maintenance
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic changes over time

The aluminum gutters, downspouts, and other qualifying materials installed by Freedom Gutters LLC are covered by the manufacturer's Lifetime Limited Material Warranty against defects in manufacturing, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Freedom Gutters LLC will assist customers with any material warranty claims when applicable; however, the manufacturer's warranty is separate from the workmanship warranty and is administered according to the manufacturer's policies.

To maintain warranty coverage, the homeowner is responsible for:

• Performing reasonable maintenance and keeping the gutter system free of debris when gutter guards are not installed
• Promptly reporting any concerns before additional damage occurs
• Avoiding alterations or repairs by anyone other than Freedom Gutters LLC unless approved in advance

At Freedom Gutters LLC, we build our business on honesty, integrity, and communication. If an issue arises that is covered under this warranty, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it promptly and professionally.
